CRACKER BARREL’S HASHBROWN CASSEROLE

If you like Cracker Barrel’s Hashbrown Casserole this recipe is for you! Tastes just like the real deal and you don’t have to leave home to enjoy it. Super simple to prepare, this creamy, cheesy and crunchy hashbrown casserole is a dish your whole family will enjoy! Recipe by HudsonJoyce

YOU’LL NEED:

2 Pounds frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 C. butter, melted
1 (10.75-Oz. ) can cream of chicken soup
1 Pint sour cream
1/2 C. onion, chopped
2 C. cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tsp. salt
1/2 Tsp. pepper

HOW TO MAKE:

1-Preheat oven to 350°F.
2-Spray 11 x 14 inch casserole or baking dish with cooking spray.
3-In large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together.
4-Spread evenly in prepared pan.
5-Bake for 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
